Head over to http://www.dotnetrocks.com/default.aspx?showNum=258 to listen to my appearance on the .NET Rocks show with Richard and Carl. I talk at length about Silverlight and take on all comers.

I had a lot of fun in DC. I headed out to do an INETA talk for the Capitol Area .NET Users' Group. Trish and I had time to visit some sights but were ready to come home. Click on the picture to see our pictures on Flickr.

I had a great time at the
Capital Area .NET User's Group tonight. Right before my talk we had an exciting thirty minute power outage. I was considering how to explain
Silverlight without a projector when the power came back. We had fun talking about where
Silverlight fits into the web story and where it might not fit. Take a look at the presentation at the blog link if you're interested in what we covered.
I'll be giving a new talk on "Authoring
WPF Controls" which includes compositing, styling, templates, user controls and custom controls. If you're interested in any of this come and see me give this talk for the first time! No heckling please ;)

During the Code Camp, lunch will be provided at no cost to you. After the event, we are planning on gathering in a local eatery to continue any discussions which we were not able to complete by our 5:30 pm end time. Location information will be made available at the event.
The Atlanta Code Camps have historically "sold out" extremely rapidly and we don't expect this time to be any different. Please register quickly to lock in your spot as we are capping registration and attendance due to facility limitations.
